Good Ag Practices workshops offered
Want to strengthen your on-farm food safety practices and documentation?
A three-part workshop series scheduled by Washington State University will give information about Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to help growers prepare for regulatory impacts of the Food Safety Modernization Act. Session I provides science-based information; Session II discusses implementation and challenges of GAP programs; and Session III focuses on documentation of food safety practices. Growers who attended a previous Session I can opt to attend only Session II and III. Registration and payment in advance is required. ($125 for all sessions, $50 for Sessions II and III.)
