FeedHort Association has new communications director

Stephanie Chance has joined the Washington State Horticultural Association as director of communications.
Chance grew up at the orchard of her parents, Matt and Carolyn Meenach, in East Wenatchee and earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics and a master’s degree in agrobusiness from Washington State University.
She worked for the Washington Apple Commission for a year as an export marketing specialist and, for the past six years, has worked in sales at Stemilt Growers, Inc., Wenatchee.
Chance succeeds Lynette Smith at the Hort Association.
