The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries is offering a day of free training for agricultural businesses on November 15 in Tumwater, Washington.

A total of 19 classes will be offered on many topics including: the nuts and bolts of a business start-up, options for young farmers, food safety, industrial insurance, direct marketing, organic certification, and taxes.

Classes will be held at the Department of Labor and Industries at 7273 Linderson Way, Tumwater, starting at 8:00 a.m. Check-in and networking begin at 7:30 a.m.
