Deb Heintz is retiring after working for 20 years as executive secretary of the Washington State Grape Society. She will continue to work as executive director of the Prosser Economic Development Association.

The society has hired Ag Association Management of Kennewick, Washington, to take over its management. Madi Clark, a staff member of AAM, will serve as the society’s executive secretary. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental economics and a master’s degree in agriculture and resource economics and has experience in market data analysis. Shane Johnson, owner of AAM, has experience in political activism, research coordination, event planning, and communication. He is a graduate of the Washington Agriculture and Forestry Education Foundation’s leadership program. Sheri Nolan, another AAM staff member, has experience in convention planning and publications.
