Representatives from Oregon’s wine grape industry are collaborating to create a Pest Management Strategic Plan to document current pest management challenges and needs within the industry and to create a cohesive plan for focusing the industry’s time, money and energy in the future.

The group is gathering regional input and feedback from growers, field representatives and others in the industry related to major wine grape pests at three meetings:

Eastern Oregon

Friday, December 4, 1-3 p.m.

Hampton Inn, 1531 Kelly Place, Walla Walla, Washington

Southern Oregon

Monday, December 14, 1-3 p.m.

OSU’s Josephine County Extension Auditorium, Grants Pass, Oregon

Willamette Valley

Tuesday, December 15, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Chemeketa NW Wine Studies Center, Salem, Oregon
