Good Fruit Grower magazine is looking for cover submissions from accomplished photographers and artists.
Our magazine is widely recognized as a showcase for outstanding imagery of tree fruit and grape growing, with circulation in all 50 states and 50 countries. We are looking for the images to continue a tradition of visual excellence dating back to our founding in 1946.
We invite photographers and artists to submit original photography or artwork depicting apples, pears, cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, and wine and juice grapes. Artwork and photos can frame any aspect of the industry, from planting and growing and harvesting to packing and shipping and marketing.
All initial submissions must be in a digital format. Email submissions or links to your images to Design/Production Manager Jared Johnson at email@example.com.
If we select your work for publication, we will contact you for a high-resolution image suitable for printing. For paintings and other artwork, we may purchase the original piece, but that is not essential. All work must be created by you, and you must be the only rights holder. We can only publish your image if we have a signed copy of our release of reproduction rights agreement. (Download the rights agreement PDF)
We like to match cover images to issue themes throughout the year, but we are open to other subjects as well. Unusual perspectives are most welcome!
If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-487-9946, ext. 216. We look forward to seeing your work.
