(Courtesy OSU, Lynn Ketchum) Steve Castagnoli has been named director of Oregon State University’s Mid-Columbia Agricultural Research and Extension Center in Hood River, Oregon. He takes over the position on April 1. Castagnoli is an associate professor in OSU’s Department of Horticulture since 1992 and has been an extension faculty member for almost 17 years.
