The International Fruit Tree Association has canceled its study tour that was scheduled through the growing regions of Italy in November this year.

The group, often called IFTA, announced the decision July 14.

The IFTA plans to try the tour again in November 2022, because two of the trade shows included on the itinerary hold their events every two years. Registrants who had already paid a deposit have the option of leaving their deposit in place for the 2022 trip or seeking a refund.

In April, IFTA canceled the 2020 Summer Study Tour scheduled in Washington in July.
