Farmers, orchardists and packing house managers in Oregon’s Hood River, Wasco and Klickitat counties are invited to participate in a research study evaluating the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic response.

According to a news release from Oregon State University, these evaluation surveys will be used to assess the response of community organizations, including OSU Extension, The Next Door Inc., One Community Health and local health departments. Results from this survey will also be used to inform the COVID-19 response for 2021 and may be used by the state legislature to identify and enhance funding for COVID-19 prevention programs that are helping farmers and farmworkers.

The COVID-19 survey is open until Feb. 8 and can be accessed here: https://oregonstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bCbnZefltdR6w97.
