The Cornell Cooperative Extension fruit team announced in a news release a nationwide Specialty Crop Research Initiative Apple Root to Fruit webinar on Tuesday, March 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Eastern Time. 

The one-day intensive workshop will focus on new advances in nutrition and rootstock research and the applications of new designer rootstocks suited for specific climates, soils, cultivars and planting systems in the U.S.
